Graystones Preserve is advantageously located just an hour and half drive from Philadelphia and a short two hour drive from New York City.
The Lay of the Land
To get an idea of how large the preserve is, our expansive grounds are 5x the size of Central Park and 1.5x the size of Fairmount Park.
Lot Breakdown
While the majority of the lots are twelve acres, with a two-acre building envelope chosen by the owners, there are also a number of smaller, three-acre sites available for owners who would prefer more proximity to neighbors. Each will have the privacy, view corridors and accessibility that fosters both enjoyment and value.
Land Breakdown
The North side of the preserve will have homesites with unobstructed views across the iconic trout stream and into State Game Lands, The Lehigh Gorge State Park and Hickory Run State Park.
